Tardive Dyskinesia

Tardive dyskinesia (TD) is a condition caused by long-term use of neuroleptic drugs. This study is investigating the efficacy of a drug as treatment for TD. If you or someone you know is living with tardive dyskinesia, this study may be of interest. You may eligible to participate if you:

  • Are at least 18 years old

  • Have a confirmed diagnosis of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or major depressive disorder (MDD) at least 3 months prior to screening

  • Have a confirmed diagnosis of neuroleptic-induced TD at least 3 months prior to screening

Tardive dyskinesia (TD) is a condition characterized by involuntary movements due to long-term neuroleptic drug use. TD can be disabling, lead to bodily harm, and interfere with daily life. The current study is evaluating the effectiveness of the investigational medication in adults with TD associated with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and depression.
