We are conducting a clinical research study for adolescents aged 12 to 17
years of age with Irritable Bowel Syndrome with Constipation (IBS-C).
Participation may help you access care and contribute to future treatments.
To pre-qualify for this study, participants must:
Be 12 to 17 years old.
Weigh 18kg or more at the time they provide written assent.
Have been diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome with Constipation (IBS-C)
Be willing to stop current laxatives and use study-approved rescue medication.
Have a negative pregnancy test and use appropriate contraception.
