WHAT IS THE PROCESS?

This step involves a short 5-10 min phone call to determine your eligibility for a trial. During this call,
you will be provided a general overview of the study and will be asked questions regarding your diagnosis and medical history. You can let us know whenever you’re available for this call and freely reschedule as you like!

At the end of your phone screening, we will schedule a screening visit for you at our site. The screening visit will take around 4 hours and may differ by the study. Before we begin any procedures or collecting your information, we will be going over an informed consent form that describes every aspect about the product that is being tested and to address any questions you may have.

During and after your screening visit, our site’s doctors will review your eligibility to participate in the study. This will be based on your medical and psychiatric history, body mass index (BMI), age, ECG/lab values, and more. The cutoffs are different for each trial to make certain that the right participants are enrolled and to ensure your safety. We will keep you informed throughout the process, so don’t worry!

After the doctors confirm eligibility into the trial, you will be enrolled in the study. This means that you will be required to return to the site for more visits and/or receive calls for remote visits.
