Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD)
Generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) is a mental health condition characterized by persistent and excessive worry that may be difficult to control. If you or someone you know has been diagnosed with GAD, this clinical research study may be of interest. You may be eligible to participate if you:
Are between 18 and 65 years of age
Have been diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder (GAD)
Have been taking paroxetine, escitalopram, duloxetine, or venlafaxine ER for at least 8 weeks
Are not currently experiencing a depressive episode
Have no lifetime history of schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar I or II disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, or a developmental or cognitive disorder
